Well I did start of the day with a good start this morning. I woke up relatively early this morning and had gone to work at Marquez as per normal. Weird enough when I got there Alvin called me on the cell asking me questions cos I had dropped him a e-mail regarding my monthly paycheck which either was late or had not come on time. I am not to sure what it was but it was one of the two. So he gave me a brief chat on the phone which was rather nice of him to do so because to be honest I have not talked to him in a while so although it was brief it was nice to be able to catch up with him.
I was not feeling tip top shape because unfortunately today happened to be the first day of the you know what and I believe I do not really need to mention what I am referring to but thank goodness I had bought my tablets will me so before lunch I took two of them and they to be honest did take sometime to take affect but it does work one way or another.
I had a friend who well when we had last chatted we had a fallout and never spoke to one another again but all of a sudden today he messaged me on my facebook chat and it was wierd but sorta like nice to be able to catch up with him although it has been a while.
I got a surprise because April came to the ballroom to pay us a visit but when she had arrived i was passed out on the couch because I had just taken my medicine and fallen asleep to rest for a while before my lesson at 4 pm with Mikhail. I am not to sure what was wrong with my dancing shoes because the last time i wore them it was like about a few months back last year and I am not to sure but the heel has gone all wonky I felt like the heels of the shoes were going to fall off or something.
It was reaching 4pm and Mikhail had arrived in the ballroom. Surprisingly he was not wearing his croc slippers which i am somewhat used to him wearing. Instead he wore some really nice clothes which looked good on him actually. He went to change into his practice wear and I went to go and get my shoes but as I had said found it akward to walk in.
We practiced for about 2 hours flat and it was honestly hard for me because I had not danced it in a very long time but I have to say he said I was not that bad and he said that he was happy I was able to remember the things that he had taught me. I was very happy of course that he gave me all these good praises however I am not to sure if he meant it or was just saying those things to make me more confident. Nonetheless it was not making me confident at all unfortunately.
I was able to get Mr Wee to come and pick Mikhail and myself up from the Ballroom today to take us back which was good but before picking us up apparently he had to go to the hospital because Yasmin apparently had a nasty head injury and she had fallen and hurt herself on the glass in the play room so Mr Wee came quickly to pick us up and drop us off at our designated locations. I of course was going home to rest and take it easy cos I was still quite uncomfortable by night fall.
It is almost 9pm now here and I'm just going to spend the night talking to my baby D till I get tired so I hope it should be a good night ahead.
