We were at the ballroom and it was a rather quiet night if I remember correctly. It was just Mandy, Fifi & I. We were just lazing around the ballroom and she had bought a big bag of chips as you can see above so we started to munch on it and we were happy just doing that.

But one thing is for sure I am glad that I have had the chance to try some certain new foods and desserts of course that I possibly would not do if I were to be alone. If you could recommend me any nice places of dessert be sure to let me know. xo

After my birthday bash at the ballroom we all went out and had continued our party at Ministry of Sound. I do not recall the last time I had been there. I believe it possibly could be when I had met D.L. and his friends.  So yea it was nice to be there with my friends.

Although I do not see them very often it is definitely a really nice thing that they did which was to come out and party with us. But in all honesty I was rather tired and I think everyone else was but they made effort to come out and party some more. Thank You.

P.S. We had gone to Spize after MOS and just chilled out till 6am. We basically ate and talked and I satisfied my Honey Prata craving. Yay!

A day in Sentosa with Ockey & D.L.

I was called the night before this fantastic day out by a friend of my brother's who had a school friend here in Singapore on vacation and needed someone to take her out so I had offered myself to her. I did some research and I found out that this place was a good place to take her to cos it had a lot touristy things for her to see and experience which by the end of it was a fantastic choice I believe.

So I met her at my brother's friend's house around 11am however I was running slightly late because I had to run a errand for myself before having met her. So I had finally rucked up at the house of which where she was staying at and to be totally honest i had no clue as to who she was because I did not recognize her name or how she looked like but that was not such a big deal. When i had saw her for the first time the vague memories came back. I remembered one incident that she came a few years back that she and her family came to the Asia region and we had met up with them I believe it was in Batam.

We hopped into a cab when we finally got one and made our way to sentosa. It was a beautiful and sunny day that particular day and whilst in the cab we were just chatting away and she had been telling me about what she has been doing and like the last time we had met because as I had said before I had forgotten about it. It was a rather long cab ride but the taxi driver had driven rather quick, but the reason for that was because he had taken another job not long after we passed 3/4 mark of our cab ride.

We finally reached our final destination and we got out at underwater world which i figured would be a good place to start off at. So we paid our rather expensive entry fee to get into underwater world and i would not have thought it would have been that busy reason being it was not any sort of holiday but there was a number of kids there, families and as well as tourist. We saw lots of water like animals which was definitely fascinating for Ockey and I. Whilst wandering abouts Underwater World we heard a announcement on the loud speaker that they were having a Dolphin Show at 1.30pm at Dolphin Lagoon so Ockey had mentioned to me that she had wanted to go and see that show so we basically zoomed through what was left of the underwater world which to be honest was nothing spectacular.

So we went to the Sentosa bus stop to hitch a ride to dolphin lagoon. We reached there 10 minutes before the show started so that was a good start. We managed to get seats although by the time we got there most of the front row seats were taken so we just settled for the 2nd row seats which were good enough. It was so hot sitting out there in the scorching sun but I was relatively happy because then I would have been able to work on my tan. I do not think i have ever watched the dolphin show until that time I had caught it with Ockey and I must say that the pink dolphins are quite cute and at the same time rather intelligent to watch that's for sure. They had to sections of the show where they need crowd participation and Ockey wanted to participated in the events. Unfortunately the first time the ladies did not pick her but when they had called for the second round of participants I made sure that she was picked and she finally did. She and the other lady that had gotten picked was asked to play with the hula hoop and see who could do it better against the dolphins. Obviously the dolphins beat us "humans" at this game. But I have to say it was a fun and good experience for us the crowd to watch them at it. Soon they asked the two contestants to go into the water and play with them. Ockey was so ecstatic that she could go into the water waist deep and touch the dolphins. Ockey was so touched and happy that she got kissed by the sweet dolphin. I was so happy I could have made her day.

Ockey decided the next place she had wanted to go to was to the bird park where there were like parrots, snakes and such for photo taking opportunities. I did not want to take the photo with the snake but ockey made me and I was totally scared out of my wits cos I do not normally like slimy things around my neck. But anyway I got through that experience which i was totally happy about because it made me somewhat over come my fear of snakes. Ockey on the other hand was up for anything and she rather liked having had the snake on her neck. She took it like a breeze.

Soon after the bird park D.L. had called me and told me that he was going to join us shortly so like I was of course happy that he was going to come and join us. So Ockey and I made our way back to the the Siloso Beach and we took some awesome pictures of the lettering that they have when you get off the stop from the bus. We were fortunate because it had the letter O and the letter S so we both took photos of it and it came out beautiful. After our photo taking session we made our way to cafe Del mar however since I did not have bathers I wanted to go and check out the Billabong shop to get a bikini and some board shorts which I totally love but sometimes I do believe it is a bit girlie but what the hey. D.L. arrived to cafe Del mar shortly after three and he had met ockey and we had just been sun baking because I did not want to swim without him. I have to say they're beds are quite comfy and especially on that day there were quite a few relatively young and hip people there so that was nice. We blended in with the crowd just fine so i was rather happy about that. We had some lunch there and also a great time sun baking and swimming.

Before we made our way home we had saw this trapeze thing that looked rather interesting and so what happened was Ockey had wanted to do it so we went in and had a look and had asked the instructor if she could have had a shot and so she waited in line after all the kids for they're turn and it definitely looked like lots of fun although I definitely would not have given it a shot because I would have been rather scared and although I may seem strong and stuff I believe there is a possibility that I am somewhat scared of heights. I do have to admit the instructor definitely had a super hot body but since D.L. was there  I could only look and not touch but I have to say Goofy was quite hot too. The guy at the top of the ladder. He had commented on my tattoo as we were leaving. I felt bad because I did not take a photo of Goofy. I should have done so. Oh wells... another time.

I loved that day so much. Thanks Ockey & D.L. for having made it so special.

Jokes

An elderly man really took care of his body. He lifted weights and jogged six miles every day. One morning he looked into the mirror, admiring his body, and noticed that he was suntanned all over with the exception of his penis. So he decided to do something about that.

He went to the beach, undressed completely, and buried himself in the sand, except for his penis, which he left sticking out of the sand.

A bit later, two little old ladies came strolling along the beach, one using a cane to help her get along. Upon seeing the thing sticking out of the sand, the lady with the cane began to move the penis around with her cane.

Remarking to the other little old lady, she said, 'There really is no justice in the world.'

The other little old lady asked, 'What do you mean by that?'

The first little old lady replied, 'Look at that. When I was 20, I was curious about it. When I was 30, I enjoyed it. When I was 40, I asked for it. When I was 50, I paid for it. When I was 60, I prayed for it. When I was 70, I forgot about it.

'Now that I' m 80, the damned things are growing wild, and I'm too old to squat.'!!

Why Aging Should Be Natural
A 54 year old woman had a heart attack and was taken to the hospital.
While on the operating table she had a near death experience.
Seeing God she asked ' Is my time up ?
'God said, 'No, you have another 43 years, 2 months and 8 days to live.
'Upon recovery, the woman decided to stay in the hospitaland have a face-lift, liposuction, and a tummy tuck. She even had someone come in and change her hair colour and brighten her teeth!
Since she had so much more time to live, she figured she might as well make the most of it.
After her last operation, she was released from the hospital.
While crossing the street on her way home, she was killed by an ambulance.
Arriving in front of God, she demanded, 'I thought you said I had another 43 years? Why didn't you pull me

A Good/Bad Day

I had a pretty quiet day in Marquez yesterday however it was good though because I was able to catch up with some long and over due paper work cos lately I have been rather distracted with someone which is good and bad in both ways but I love his attention that he gives me and also the care that he gives me when i am with him.

My dear friend Rex helped me put some music on my blog which I have to say i am totally grateful for. Now my Blog site is not so boring anymore so I have things for you to listen to whilst surfing my blog. Hip Hip Hoorah!

I feel like today will be a good day. The sun in shining, and the sky is so blue. I believe that I am going to love today. I just hope that I do practice very hard for the last minute but up and coming competition.

Shirley one of the office mates in marquez has like given me some really nice hand made egg sandwiches this morning and I would like to say thank you to her for passing them to me.

I got a beautiful present from my bestie fifi. It's a charming and beautiful necklace from Perlin's silver. It is so sweet and I have got it round my neck and I promise you I will never take it off my neck but I may have to only if my neck is way to fat but hopefully that would never happen. haha

I have been thinking about what Esther had told me yesterday that she is leaving the company. It is quite sad that early next month she is leaving the Ballroom. I am quite sad but at the same time happy for her that she is getting a new job and a better working enviroment than where she is currently and most importantly away from the "THING".

I just hope that she cherishes the time left with us before she adjourns to her new company.

By the end of the day someone made me in a shitty mood because of what had happened but I wish not to discuss it.

Bye...

Rex's sweet birthday cake for me

Esther, Fifi, Rex, Aaron, Mandy & I

I just want to say thank you to my friends for making this whole entire week so memorable for me. I would not have felt so special without them being here to have had celebrated it with me.

All the staff in the ballroom which consists of Mandy, Rex, Fifi, Aaron, Esther. Kaze & Uncle Nasit. I know it is a lot of work to have set up everything since I was or had been away when I had frantically spent very little time to invite all the guests and clients. I am surprised to see a great turn out thanks to all the friends who had come to my birthday party.

Also thank you for my new and dear friend aka Cheryl. She is a blooming flower and if she keeps up the good work her dancing will definately improve. Yay for cheryl. I cannot explain how sweet she is but she is totally sweet. I love her to bits and I am sad that she is leaving in a month or two to Italy. I wanna visit her if I can when she's there. I love you.

I also got to hang out with friends who I have not hung out or seen for a very long time. Or worse than that I honestly have not gone clubbing like I have had in the longest time but between you and me I do not miss clubbing that much. Way too many people, loud music not that I do not get enough of that from the ballroom and lastly but not least so many young people especially at the place we were at that evening.

I love you all and thank you so much for making it so special.

Mwahhh... xoxo

Crystal Serenity 2008

Greek Gods & Gondolas, Voyage 8318 - June 6 - 13th 2008: Athens/Piraeus to Venice

Places I went to visit :
- Athens/Piraeus, Greece
- Kusadasi, Turkey
- Santorini/Thira, Greece
- Sarande, Albania
- Split, Croatia
- Venice, Italy

I had a totally awesome time during my vacation since I got to spend a whole lot of time with my family which I normally do not do when I am back home so it was nice being able to connect with my family and at the same time get to know old friends and make new friends in the process so I am generally thankful for that.

I got to see and learn a lot of history which I would have to say is very rare that I was able to see it. I mean it is good reading about it in history books however it is even much more meaningful seeing it face to face and I have to say that all our tour guides were and are very good and definately knowledgable in the history of they're country.

I am sorry for the delay of this posts since I have not had much time to write since I drafted this entry since I had been rather busy over the last week so I would like to apologize for this.

A Wonderful Vacation

Hi hi! I know I have been missing for a really long time on this thing but I have just come back from a flippin' good vacation however, at the same time I missed my friends and the going on's here in sunny singapore. One good thing I am really happy about is that I managed to get a tan so that was super exciting.

I have not been able to put any pictures on this particular diary entry however I should put some information of the places I had gone too so it should be more interesting for you all to read when I get back from work.

I am just super excited to be back at work and to be back in the swing of things however there is a small problem I am having and not extremely happy about but i guess I just hope that it will all work out for me in the end.

Love you alls, Bye...
