I was called the night before this fantastic day out by a friend of my brother's who had a school friend here in Singapore on vacation and needed someone to take her out so I had offered myself to her. I did some research and I found out that this place was a good place to take her to cos it had a lot touristy things for her to see and experience which by the end of it was a fantastic choice I believe.

So I met her at my brother's friend's house around 11am however I was running slightly late because I had to run a errand for myself before having met her. So I had finally rucked up at the house of which where she was staying at and to be totally honest i had no clue as to who she was because I did not recognize her name or how she looked like but that was not such a big deal. When i had saw her for the first time the vague memories came back. I remembered one incident that she came a few years back that she and her family came to the Asia region and we had met up with them I believe it was in Batam.

We hopped into a cab when we finally got one and made our way to sentosa. It was a beautiful and sunny day that particular day and whilst in the cab we were just chatting away and she had been telling me about what she has been doing and like the last time we had met because as I had said before I had forgotten about it. It was a rather long cab ride but the taxi driver had driven rather quick, but the reason for that was because he had taken another job not long after we passed 3/4 mark of our cab ride.

We finally reached our final destination and we got out at underwater world which i figured would be a good place to start off at. So we paid our rather expensive entry fee to get into underwater world and i would not have thought it would have been that busy reason being it was not any sort of holiday but there was a number of kids there, families and as well as tourist. We saw lots of water like animals which was definitely fascinating for Ockey and I. Whilst wandering abouts Underwater World we heard a announcement on the loud speaker that they were having a Dolphin Show at 1.30pm at Dolphin Lagoon so Ockey had mentioned to me that she had wanted to go and see that show so we basically zoomed through what was left of the underwater world which to be honest was nothing spectacular.

So we went to the Sentosa bus stop to hitch a ride to dolphin lagoon. We reached there 10 minutes before the show started so that was a good start. We managed to get seats although by the time we got there most of the front row seats were taken so we just settled for the 2nd row seats which were good enough. It was so hot sitting out there in the scorching sun but I was relatively happy because then I would have been able to work on my tan. I do not think i have ever watched the dolphin show until that time I had caught it with Ockey and I must say that the pink dolphins are quite cute and at the same time rather intelligent to watch that's for sure. They had to sections of the show where they need crowd participation and Ockey wanted to participated in the events. Unfortunately the first time the ladies did not pick her but when they had called for the second round of participants I made sure that she was picked and she finally did. She and the other lady that had gotten picked was asked to play with the hula hoop and see who could do it better against the dolphins. Obviously the dolphins beat us "humans" at this game. But I have to say it was a fun and good experience for us the crowd to watch them at it. Soon they asked the two contestants to go into the water and play with them. Ockey was so ecstatic that she could go into the water waist deep and touch the dolphins. Ockey was so touched and happy that she got kissed by the sweet dolphin. I was so happy I could have made her day.

Ockey decided the next place she had wanted to go to was to the bird park where there were like parrots, snakes and such for photo taking opportunities. I did not want to take the photo with the snake but ockey made me and I was totally scared out of my wits cos I do not normally like slimy things around my neck. But anyway I got through that experience which i was totally happy about because it made me somewhat over come my fear of snakes. Ockey on the other hand was up for anything and she rather liked having had the snake on her neck. She took it like a breeze.

Soon after the bird park D.L. had called me and told me that he was going to join us shortly so like I was of course happy that he was going to come and join us. So Ockey and I made our way back to the the Siloso Beach and we took some awesome pictures of the lettering that they have when you get off the stop from the bus. We were fortunate because it had the letter O and the letter S so we both took photos of it and it came out beautiful. After our photo taking session we made our way to cafe Del mar however since I did not have bathers I wanted to go and check out the Billabong shop to get a bikini and some board shorts which I totally love but sometimes I do believe it is a bit girlie but what the hey. D.L. arrived to cafe Del mar shortly after three and he had met ockey and we had just been sun baking because I did not want to swim without him. I have to say they're beds are quite comfy and especially on that day there were quite a few relatively young and hip people there so that was nice. We blended in with the crowd just fine so i was rather happy about that. We had some lunch there and also a great time sun baking and swimming.

Before we made our way home we had saw this trapeze thing that looked rather interesting and so what happened was Ockey had wanted to do it so we went in and had a look and had asked the instructor if she could have had a shot and so she waited in line after all the kids for they're turn and it definitely looked like lots of fun although I definitely would not have given it a shot because I would have been rather scared and although I may seem strong and stuff I believe there is a possibility that I am somewhat scared of heights. I do have to admit the instructor definitely had a super hot body but since D.L. was there  I could only look and not touch but I have to say Goofy was quite hot too. The guy at the top of the ladder. He had commented on my tattoo as we were leaving. I felt bad because I did not take a photo of Goofy. I should have done so. Oh wells... another time.

I loved that day so much. Thanks Ockey & D.L. for having made it so special.
