Plane Ride

Mr Wee had taken John Rey & I to the airport last night so we would not miss out flight. The check in and shopping spree that we had was not to bad at the airport. We had gone to get some toiletries and also I went to pick up some books which I am currently reading. One of them is called the Kite Runner which I actually went to watch the movie but I was told that the Book is a lot better than the movie so I picked it up and so far from what I have read I do agree it is good. Thanks Rach for recommending it to me. I really appreciate it.

Anyway i tried to sleep whilst on the plane and John Rey as annoying as he is stuck like plastic paper from god knows where in my mouth and that made me irritated and woke me up all the time because he was saying I slept like a gold fish but whatever :P

Woo Woo, I am live from Melbourne. I am staying at a cousins place here in Toorak and to be honest i feel a bit like an outsider. I have not really been in touch with this particular group of cousins for quite sometime so you know being with them like this for the first time is something new to me. 

We had quite a while to wait at the airport before we could get through customs which totally sucked. It was like a 2 hour wait and that was absolutely ridiculous for the customs/declaration would have needed to take less but unfortunately they were not working efficiently or effectively. But we finally made it out of the airport around let's say slightly after 10am close to 11am. I know crazy as it may sound that was how long it had taken us. 

So we got to my cousins house and we just totally crashed in our room and passed out because we were not able o sleep very well on the plane hence the babies crying etc. You know the usual stuff. Unfortunately, I was getting cramp so I had to cancel my lesson today with Julie and instead I just stayed in bed and rested my poor and sore tummy.

So being with my cousins is actually quite nice. I find them a rather quiet sort of family but of course I do not or have not spent so much time with them when I had been attending school in Melbourne when I was younger. Hopefully this time around I would get to know them better especially my two younger cousins. I have to say that they have definitely grown a lot and it's a good thing.

We went to the grocery store around 5pm and got some food for the day that we want to cook. It had gone pretty well but  by that time John & I had not eaten lunch so we grabbed some bread rolls and munched them whilst waiting for Auntie Alice to return from the gym. Since I've been in her house I've been able to spend time with her and get to know her better and also go out dancing with her once or twice whilst I am staying in her house.

I am sorry for the delay of the posts recently because I have just been quite busy and settling in to my new accommodation.
