I am crazy about Bubble Tea

Bubble tea is a beverage of Tawianese origin that is popular throughout Asia and gaining popularity in the West. In the West the term usually refers to Pearl Milk Tea. In Taiwan, "Bubble Tea", a literal translation of a Chinese term, refers to a modern method of beverage preparation; to efficiently and homogenously mix various ingredients in these drinks (e.g., sugar, powdered milk, tea, and ice), drink makers often shake the tea up as bartenders do with cocktails. Thusly, prepared, a layer of foam forms on the surface, and any tea is prepared can be called bubble tea. After Pearl Milk Tea was bought to non-Asian countries, it was given the name "bubble tea." Since the most notable difference between bubble tea and the other tea is the tapioca at the bottom of the drink, some assumed that the "bubble" in "bubble tea" referred to these pearls, though the frothy layer created from shaking the drink is what gives "foam" (or bubble) tea" its name. The pearls in "pearl milk tea" however, do refer to the tapioca "pearls".

Ello Ello, 

Once again I have been pretty slack. Lots going on right here and also friends are coming back from other parts of the world so I have not been able to talk to them which is quite sad but at the same time I have been having a rather busy schedule and I am sure they have been busy too themselves.

Last week I've been busy with work and I danced like 4 nights in a row and by the end of the whole dancing in the afternoons and nights i was definitely danced out but I was happy about that because I had been done even worse than that before it did not make much of a difference for me. However, the last week when I had danced I got a few scoldings from John Rey because it was quite bad that I was not executing as much as I could have or should have done. 

~ThiNkz~ What else have I been up to... I have been spending a fair bit of time with my Mom over the past weekend. I saw some of her friends when I had not been at work and such which was honestly quite relaxing however, when I had gone to Batam I got a ton of mozzie bites which I am not to happy about. They sure were so darn Itch I did not like it one bit. 

I was also told my Dad's secretary that she got mumps which is a terrible terrible thing to have. I was not familiarized with what it was until I wikipedia it and found out that it had made her whole face swollen up like a big bee had stung her. I did not get to see her but I saw the effects of what she would have looked like if i had seen her by images i had seen when i browsed the Internet for it. 

John and Josephine was on the Sunday but unfortunately I was not able to watch the competition however I was told there were a lot of people were there to watch but not to compete compared to last year's competition. The reason why I had wanted to watch it this time around because I had a few friends who were competing for the first time and they had come to support me in my competitions however there was conflict between my mom and J & J hence me not being able to go. Anyway I was told I was not missing out on much and surprisingly some friends from the Phil did not make it into the finals which I am sure they are totally upset about. I feel for them but then again I am sure they are used to get into the finals.

I am sure there were lots others but I am not to sure who else had participated.

On Monday evening after work I met up with a friend for a meeting and I saw his wife who just came from the Phil and we had gone to Chijmes for dinner which was great. We had Japanese food which was absolutely delicious. I loved it and so did everyone else who was there I believe. But actually, I wished I did not have to go because I was pretty knackered as I was from the long day at work. I was like sitting half way through the meeting trying my hardest to keep awake. 

On Tuesday I woke up really early in the morning and headed to work. I cannot recall as to why I had woken up that early however i woke up really early and went to meet a colleague of mine and grabbed some breakfast. Breakfast to me is like coffee so yea that was what I had. I realize it is not the healthiest thing in the world I had it anyway and it buzzed me up and it would have kept me buzzing for the next 3 hours just like "RED BULL". I do not know about you but I loveeeee "RED BULL" aka "SHARK" as they serve it in the ballroom.

Slack...

I realize I have been slack. I've been having late nights and busy days and to top it all off it has been raining a lot especially today but I do have to say it's good to be back in Singapore where the Sun Shines and where it rains a lot. It is just my luck.

I have been running from office to office as per normal which is always fun. It has been rather stressful somewhat and work has been keeping me rather stressed out since I had just arrived back here in town. 

I am glad whilst I was on the Gold Coast that I was able to meet up with Phil. The last time I had seen him was when he was in Singapore and he only here or a couple of days to help his brother Julian to get a job so yea that was good. Was happy to hear that Jools managed to get a job in the Hyatt so I am sure he is totally happy about that.

Anyway, I've been speaking to Sven a fair bit today which was nice although we only started to chat about 2pm because I was out for most of the morning and at the same time he was busy with his own work because he has a event coming up this weekend.

As for Dex, we have not been talking much because I guess we are both busy with things going on in our little lifestyles but I am sure that he is doing fine even though we are not speaking. Although he should know that he is on my mind most of the time except when I am sleeping. 

Since at work right now in Marquez it is totally quiet even now the fact that it is raining and pouring here. It just makes me want to sleep but obviously I am not allowed to that. How I wish. The Ballroom tonight should be busy and good I hope because i noticed quite a number of people had reserved tables which is great.

Back In Singapore

Woooo, I arrived late last night and spent my evening un-packing my suitcase and catching up with friends on the phone which was good. I was happy in a way to be  back in Singapore. I was happy to be back home in my room but I felt like shit reason because whilst I was gone in Australia I asked the singtel boys to come over to my place to fix the internet which they have to meddle with my phone line and such which was good but however when I had plugged in the modem and such last night it had not worked as well as I though it should have. But I've made a appointment for them to come tomorrow to fix it for me which hopefully they can. However, I will not be able to be there when they are at my house because I will be at work at the time so I just hope that they can fix it for me. ~prays~

Well.. I am at work right now. I've got a lot of things to do and people to call and friends to catch up with and meet so it should be good. Yay! Stressed though with work because I have deadlines to meet and I should have done most of it whilst I was on vacation but I can honestly say I never got round to it.

I got a sweet phone call from dex this morning. Actually, I called him up early this morning however, he was not awake at that time because he mentioned to me when I did speak to him over the phone that he went to bed at like 3am yesterday and like woke up around 1oam. Talk about like a really cute & adorable piggy yea. I am excited for him because he has his first dance class this evening in a studio which I cannot remember the name of but I am sure he would do well and at the same time have loads of fun. I wish you all the best. xx

Well for the rest of the day I will just be at work so not much to blog about..

P.S. It's really hot here in Singapore & extremely humid... *grumbles*

I know I know I've been slack. I've been spending my days on the gold coast bludging, sleeping and eating and stuff and it's been loads of fun at the same time boring, I am totally enjoying myself being back in Australia though. This must be the longest or one of the longest times I've been staying here in Australia and trust me I totally totally love it.

Finally @ The Gold Coast

Revamping of my Blog thanks to my distant but good friend Mr Antaran had made some changes as to how my blog looks and I love the look. Thank you for taking some time out of your busy schedule to help me work  on my Blog. I will definately treasure and admire the changes for many days to come. Thank you friend...

As I have mentioned at the title of this new Blog Entry I am now on the Gold Coast. Arrived here around 1pm this afternoon and am tired now but however I am not able to sleep for god knows what reason. But anyway last night after the comp I was not in the best of moods and so I stayed up till about 4 am catching up with friends and such and just chatting to them online and also speaking to some of John Rey's ex room mates in Thailand which was enjoyable being able to catch up with them even though it was online. I am sure John Rey has missed his old friends from there. 

I have not been doing much but relaxing, sleeping and catching up with friends and such over msn and such. Just taking it easy really and my mom as usual is super busy with work and such so I have not really spent much time with her but I am used to it.

Actually, funny I should say this but I miss Singapore. I want to go home but at the same time I don't. I realize this does not make any sense but I know that i miss my friends and such..

I found out earlier today that unfortunately after a long period of courting/dating one another than a friend of mine and his girlfriend broke up 

I Did A Shit Job At Crown

Well today was a big day cos we did the Crown Championships but the results we had gotten because of my dancing was totally shit. I was not impressed with the way I danced. I was really not happy with how I danced this evening and the thing was that we just entered one category. So we spent the whole day resting and wasting away in the venue waiting for our event to come up. I have to say now I totally understand as to why it is tiring waiting for the event to happen before it does like you just sit around and get pretty tired as it is. It's crazy I tell you. 

I have to say I have never seen as many people as I had today packed in one place like that before ever in my life. It does make a major difference tho and the ambience is a whole lot nicer. It is now like almost 2am in the morning on the 14th and we just got back into the hotel room and I am or have just ordered some food for ourselves and I would have to say we are pretty hungry as it is. 

I for one have not eaten so much today and actually the more tired i get the less hungry I become which is a good way to lose weight I believe but I could always be wrong.

Anyway, I know this is not so interesting but hopefully I will write more about today when I arrive on the Gold Coast later today.
